Kia is a brilliant vehicle to purchase but the shocking service I received thus far has put me off completely.

I am now wanting to sell my Kia to purchase another vehicle instead.

I booked my vehicle in for a service more than 2 weeks ago; I then went back to the service department to inform them that there is a noise on my vehicle I was then told to bring the vehicle back and let the technicians check which I did.

I since have received nothing but bad customer service.

The problem was detected after every service I have informed the consultants that the noise does not subside; now that my vehicle is out of warranty I am now told to wait until a "Goodwill" can be granted.

I am in my third week now and I am still waiting a response.

I have spoken to Customer Service which revert back to me with a possibility of me collecting my vehicle from the dealership or rather wait until an informed decision has been made.

No courtesy vehicle can be provided as my vehicle is out of warranty.

My question to the dealership was; Why only now that my vehicle is out of warranty has the fault of the noise been detected???

My service record should reflect that my services was done on time at the same dealership.

I am disgusted with the service I am receiving from Kia!!!!!
