Kia after sales in general is absoloutley pathetic, and don't even get me started on the so called consumer complaints managers at Head Office South Africa.I would be interested to find out from Kia Global HO exactly what level customer service is deemed acceptable.
My poor partner has been sitting at a Kia dealer for 10 hours today with 2 branches haggling over who was responsible for the cost of the damage to.my head due to the incorrect fitting of the wrong spark plugs. Sheer negligence!
Not even an offer of a loan car for the day.They have not heard the last of this one!!!!
