I bought a KIA Picanto 1.2 Smart and took delivery on 8 August 2018 and 26 days and 1300km later I have mechanical engine problem. The Oil light came on at 16h30 on 04 September 2018 and I was told from the KIA on the road assistance can only that they can only assist by taking the vehcile to a safe location until today (05 Sep 2018) and then towing it the agent.
I and my passengers must find our own transport to home , this is not part of their service. I live about 7 km from the place my vehicle stalled.
A brand new car that is less than a month old and under 1500km and I am already having engine problems and KIA has not assistance for the owner other than the vehicle KIA your PR services sucks.
